Another happy client, protecting their staff!
This week Blounts Commercial Interiors have been working in the education sector, providing glass screens for the receptionist desks to help protect staff and their pupils.
We are often asked why do we use glass partitioning instead of acrylic.
Well, there’s a couple of reasons why;
1. The materials we use are recyclable and we as a company are conscious of our carbon footprint.
2. The glass partitions are easy to clean whereas acrylic leaves a fog effect and has grooves where bacteria can hide.

Personal protection screens

We installed personal protective screens for one of our clients.
We have also teamed up with a cleaning company who are trained in Bio Hazard Fogging within offices, their advice to us was; “Stay away from plastic screens as the virus can stay in the grooves of the plastic”
We use glass partitioning instead of acrylic and the materials we use are recyclable which as a company we’re conscious of our carbon footprint.
